American First Responder Association (AFRA) is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for your online experience. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for the use of the AFRA website (the “Site”). By accessing this website, you accept these Terms in full. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the User in the most appropriate manner—whether through formal meetings, digital content, webinars, downloads, or any other means—for the express purpose of meeting the User’s needs in respect of AFRA’s stated services, in accordance with applicable United States law.

Unless otherwise stated, AFRA and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
